Hi there John,
Not sure if you remember, but when my mother and I picked up our car last week we briefly discussed with you just how pleased we were with the service we received from the sales team.
We had been to many different car dealerships but the general vibe of yours was different, it had a real team atmosphere & you didn't feel as though you were going to be bowled over by eager competitive sales staff. At no time did I feel as though i was being rushed to sign the dotted line or pushed into any extras I didn't want. In fact the the day I signed for the car was actually a sunday at around 7:00pm which I am sure classifies as overtime, but was not made to feel like an inconvenience and was more than accomodated for.
I wasn't specifically looking at a new car purchase however when numbers were discussed along with pure logic i understood that it could be a much wiser investment in the long term. At no time did i feel forced into this decision.
The main salesman that we dealt with, Ryan, was very thorough and was more than willing to answer any questions that were thrown at him with confidence and anything that he wasn't 100% sure of, he would ask another team member to confirm. He had a very friendly and easy going attitude and was able to explain all the bells and whistles (esp. technological) in easy to understand english. I was also taken into the service department and intoduced to the service manager who explained general maintenance and the service schedule.
I was actually refered to you by a friend who had recently purchased a car from your dealership and was obviously pleased with the service. I will be sure to do the same with any friends who are in the market for a new car.
P.S. I am a big fan of your coffee!

And there was no pressure at all which was the thing that impressed me the most about you. As I said you struck a great deal for me including trade in and the new car. I think you have a wonderful future in your trade and Lander, i'm sure would already know what a great young fella and employee you are to them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Lander Suzuki for the recent purchase
of my new motor vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the Customer Service I received
throughout the entire process. Of course the whole process would not have run so
smoothly or professionally if it wasn't for the efforts of one of your Sales Representative:-
Ryan McCORMACK.
Ryan displayed remarkable customer service skills and maturity beyond his years. He was
always obliging and if he couldn't answer a question himself was always quick to research
the correct answer and respond in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with the
service I received and in fact it was due to that service that swayed me to buying from your dealership.
It was extremely helpful to me that I was afforded a temporary vehicle once Lander took
possession of my vehicle. This vehicle was driven to my place of work and my vehicle
collected with little inconvenience to me. As a single parent who works full time it would
have been impossible for me to exchange these vehicles any other way or do everyday
daily activities without a vehicle.
The new vehicle was driven to my residence by Ryan where he comprehensively demonstrated
all the features of my new car. After having my old car for some 12 years, buying a new car
was a huge thrill to my children and I. We are now enjoying the comforts & safety of a brand new car.
Once again thankyou and most importantly thankyou to Ryan for his diligence and
professionalism. Obviously a valuable member of the team.
