Very rarely do you get the after sales support & follow up that you did. Infact your product knowledge is one to be proud of, there were no "I think" or "not too sure" in our deal. Even in the vehicle run down on delivery you were not fazed by the time it took to showing me the all the functions & how to use them. It has not been uncommon in the past for a salesmen to simply hand me the keys & goodbye.

My experience at Lander in Blacktown was great from start to finish.

Ryan the sales man helped me out with what i wanted and did it for the best price he could.
The team are very friendly and attentive and willing to do what ever they can to make the experience of buying a car that bit easier.

Even after i had bought the car and driven it away, their after sale service continued with check up call to make sure everything was right with the vehicle.

Just a quick note to thank you so much for the fantastic service provided when we recently purchased our Mitsubishi Outlander from Landers.
Everything was perfect when we came to pick up the vehicle on Saturday - and everyone we dealt with made sure we understood everything we need to know, and made us feel comfortable enough to ring if we have any questions later on.

I particularly appreciated being taken around to the servicing department and shown around the facilities there. I think that would definitely encourage me to use your servicing facilities, whereas before I would not have bothered travelling that distance.

When I bought my previous brand new car (NOT from Landers!) I wasn't even told that the servicing centre wasn't at the same location. I was left to discover this at 8am on a work day morning, when I tried to drop the vehicle off for it's first scheduled service! I was also handed the vehicle with an empty fuel tank.

Thanks again to you and your team. I hope we have many years of safe travelling in our new Mitsubishi.

I purchased my daughter's car from Lander Mitsubishi last February 2009 and a salesman named Tim Gleeson helped my daughter with her choice.

From the time we walked into the dealership, he has shown us all the courtesy and assistance. He guided us in our choice but was not too pushy like some other salespeople. He has been a great help and has been so accommodating.
