Automotive Holdings Group is Australia’s largest automotive group with 9 of the top 10 automotive brands in Australia, over 100 dealerships and employing over 3,500 people throughout Australia and New Zealand. In NSW, AHG has brands like McGrath Liverpool, McGrath Sutherland and Lander Motor Group Blacktown.

We are about to embark on the 2nd Training Program and are currently seeking approximately 10 highly motivated Finance & Insurance Sales Trainees to sell finance and insurance products to our retail customers. Working closely with the site Dealer Principal and Sales team, this role is required to ensure maximum penetration of sales at or above industry rates.

To be considered you must have the following attributes:
• Experience dealing with customers and upselling;
• Proven negotiation skills;
• Ability to produce accurate and timely reporting;
• Automotive experience is desirable but not essential.
